What are your fees?

A standard 50 min face to face OR telehealth appointment is $225.

You may be entitled to rebates through Medicare or your Private Health Insurer.

Question 2

Can I get a rebate from Medicare?

Accepted Answer

You may be eligible to claim Medicare Rebates for up to 10 individual psychology sessions per calendar year.

To be eligible, you must have a valid  Medicare card and a current Mental Health Treatment plan which can be completed by your GP.

The current Medicare rebate in 2025 is $98.95 per session.

Do you offer private health rebates?

Accepted Answer

We offer a HICAPS service which allows you to claim an on-the-spot rebate for your psychology session.

Your eligibility for a rebate and the rebate you receive, will be dependant on your level of extras cover. Please contact your insurer prior to attending your appointment to confirm your eligibility.

Question 4

Can I claim rebates from Medicare and my Private Health Cover at the same time?

Accepted Answer

No, you can only claim for Medicare OR your health fund for any one session.

Instead you can process claims for some sessions through Medicare and other sessions through your health fund (if eligible).
