Krishneel is a Registered Psychologist with a special interest in Anxiety Disorders, Well-Being and Performance.

​​

He has close to a decade of experience in the Mental Health field, working with clients experiencing a range of challenges across school, government and community settings. 

​

He brings an eclectic mix of experiences, including as a former athlete, sports coach and Psychologist. He has a particular interest in working with high-performers, including athletes, teams and businesses. Krishneel is from the Island nation of Fiji (Paradise!), and was the Performance Psychologist for Team Fiji's best athlete's competing in the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

Krishneel works predominantly from a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, but also incorporates components of Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness based interventions. 

​

​Krishneel is an avid traveller and counts climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, as one of many highlights.
